Power lending decisions with broker sourced bank data

Accelerate your broker channel with Experian Broker Flow, a secure, automated solution that enables you to retrieve bank statement data previously collected by brokers directly from Experian. Broker Flow streamlines credit assessment processes for you and your broker channel.

Key features

Direct data retrieval

Access customer bank statements collected by brokers via a secure API, using a unique Document ID.

Custom categorisation and metrics

Receive statements enriched with your own categorisation rules and Experian Decision Metrics to support consistent and accurate assessments.

Multi-format delivery

Statements are delivered in PDF and machine-readable formats (JSON/XML) for seamless integration into your systems.

Fraud mitigation

Statements and data received from Broker Flow come directly from the bank and are not editable by the customer or broker.

How it works

1

The broker retrieves statements or data from the customer. A Document ID is added to statements

2

The broker submits the credit application and statement Document ID to the lender

3

The lender requests statements from Experian via API using the Document ID. The lender receives the original statements or data in their format.
