How to order a copy of your free Credit Report & Score
To request a copy of your free Experian Credit Report & Score to be sent to you within 10 days, please either:
- Complete the free Experian online Credit Report request; or,
- Email your Experian Credit Report request along with your identification documents to firstname.lastname@example.org; or,
- Download and print the Experian Credit Report Request Form (PDF) to make your free Experian Credit Report & Score request by mail, and then post this with your identification documents to:

You must be a current or previous Australian resident or Australian citizen to request your Experian Credit Report.
What information will you need to provide?
You will need to provide the following information:
Your Personal Details
This includes your full name, date of birth and gender; your current residential address ; previous addresses; your contact telephone number(s); your current or previous employer (if any) and your email address.
Copies of your identification documents
You will need to scan these or photocopy them. The most common documents are a copy of your driver’s licence or passport as well as rates notice, a utility bill or a bank statement which show your name and current address.
It is important that these documents are current, and that any photo of you is a current likeness. We cannot accept out of date, cancelled, illegible, torn, defaced or otherwise mutilated copies. We cannot accept documents that are hard to read. Click here to see a list of identification documentation you will be required to submit.
Only you can request your Credit Report.
To safeguard your Credit Report, we must be satisfied that we can identify you before we send it to you.
It is also important that you check the accuracy of your Credit Report when it is sent to you and that you let us know if it is inaccurate. We include a guide on How to read your Experian Credit Report, when we send you your Credit Report, to assist you.
